Feby. 1837, d. 8th July 1864; m. 23rd Jany. 1862, to William -Wise Cobb, Barrister-at- law, of Bridge House, Sittingbourne, Co. Kent, Eng., who d. 1873, and had issue one dau., Edith, who d. 6th July 1864."

[N2952] [291] His cemetery headstone reads:"Sacred to the memory of SARAH EDITH beloved wife of WILLIAM WISE COBB Esq of Bredgar, Kent. Who died on the 8th day of July 1864, aged 25 years. Also to the memory of the above WILLIAM WISE COBB, who died 15th December 1872, aged 43 years."
