In the final distribution of her father's estate, Judith received one slave, an accounts receivable from the Administrator of the estate, and accounts payable to each of her brothers Reuben (estate), John and Jeffery Cobbs. She and her husband were named as still living, in the Inventory of her father's estate, which was filed with the court, in December 1800.
