[N2262]
Her Will was presented in court in Charles City County, by one Frances Anderson (co-Executor), John Stith in behalf of his wife (co-Executor), and Jane and Charlotte Anderson, the other co-Executors.
NOTE: Frances, Jane, and Charlotte Anderson were her daughters. The identity of the named John Stith is a mystery. The fact that he is listed as a "co-executor", "in behalf of his wife", seems to indicate he must have been the husband of Elizabeth's daughter Anne (since the other daughters are separately named and thus accounted for). Certainly, a Stith-Stith relationship indicates a "cousins marriage", but no individual named John Stith can be found that is not either accounted for, or in the approximate correct age category.
