Note: This date is based on two facts. First and foremost, she was not listed in her widowed mother's household on the 1850 census of Gordon County, Georgia. Secondly, she was a beneficiary of the estate of her grandfather John S. Cobb, and that in 1859 she and her husband were paid her inheritance from the estate.
