[N979] It is a presumption that he died in McMinn County, and that he was probably buried in the Carlock Cemetery, as were his sister and brother in law Susan and Joseph Cobb. He was a lifelong resident in their household, being listed there on successive census reports from 1860-1880. He apparently never married and died without issue.
