[N2766] He was partner with Dr. John Minson Galt, in the practice of surgery and as apothecary. At one time, he was a Justice of York County. York County land records show he bought real estate there in 1773, which he again advertised for sale in 1785.

[N2767] In his Will, he mentioned his wife Elizabeth, his nephew William Pasteur, his niece Ann Smith, and his sister Ann Craig (wife of Thomas Craig).
