He acted as an administrator for the estate of his father in law, Robert Cobbs. William Kerle's Will was dated 24 Dec 1719, and was proved 28 Nov 1720. In it, he named his wife Margaret as daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Cobb, as well as sons Robert and William.
