[N1445] On 16 Sep 1806, he made a Deed of Trust to one John Morris of Amelia County, conveying to Morris his future interest in his father's estate, after the death of his mother Mrs. Rachel Cobbs. This instrument was witnessed by Samuel Ford, John Chappell, and John C. Hill, and proved 23 Apr 1807.
