"Upon the petition of Obedience D. Burch administratrix of John Burch dec'd. for leave to sell the real estate and negroes of said deceased and it appearing to the court that due and legal notice of such intended application has been given & that said sale is for the benefit of the heirs & creditors of said deceased.
It is therefore ordered by the court that said administratrix do proceed to sell said land and negroes on a credit of twelve months first having advertised the same according to law.
The following accounts having been ordered by the clerk & returned to the court was examined by the court and ordered to be recorded to wit--- "
