Ann Waddy left a Will dated 13 Mar 1764, in the Louisa County records. In it she reported her husband, Samuel, was already deceased, and she named her son, John, as being the husband of Jane Cobb, daughter of Samuel Cobb, and that John and Jane married 28 Apr 1770.
