After her death, estate "which may then in being for support" to be equally divided amongst his children and grandchildren except Howell Jeffries, son of my daughter, Sarah Jeffries, (as his uncle Howell L. Jeffries has provided for him) and my daughter Maria "having given her as much as I intend to out of my estate".
Item: Samuel Jeffries, son of my daughter Sarah, is to have no part of my estate.
Item: Wife and son, William A. Hamner, "shall have the management of my
estate".
