[N2062] On May 21, 1798, she made a Deed of Gift to her son in law, Ambrose Cobb; the same date on which she married Morris Cox. This action in essence protected the inheritence due her children by Thomas Black from any claim that might be made by Morris Cox. This was recorded in the Lincoln County Court of Pleas for the October 1799, Quarter Session.
